Smart Plumbing, Drainage & Electricals starts from £9.00 per month and includes plumbing, drainage and certain internal electrical emergencies. It also has an annual claim limit of £1,000 and a per claim limit of £250.
Smart HomeEssential is shown from £10.90 per month with a £99 excess. It offers broader home emergency protection, including boiler breakdown, central heating, internal plumbing, electricals and drainage, external water supply pipe and optional annual boiler service.
