What is Not Covered

Our policies are designed to provide overall protection for a wide range of kitchen appliance breakdown or damage. However, as much as we want, we cannot cover all incidents. For example, below you can find the main things we are unable to cover.

  • Any pre-existing fault at the point of taking out the policy
  • Deliberate damage
  • Any appliance over 10 years old
  • Removal of old appliance

To report a problem, call the claim line on 03333 449 559 between 10am and 7pm weekdays and between 10am and 4pm on Saturdays.

Our technical support team will try to resolve the problem and, wherever possible, will try to talk you through a solution.

We will send an engineer to repair the item. If a repair is not possible, we will replace the item with a like-for-like replacement.
