If your appliance stops working as a result of an unforeseen event, we will send an experienced engineer from our UK-wide network straight to your doorstep. Our trusted engineers will do the best they can to fix your appliance but if the item is deemed beyond economical repair you will be provided with a like-for-like replacement.

Our fridge/freezer insurance cover protects you in the event of a breakdown including mechanical and electrical issues as well as accidental damage. The contents within your freezer or fridge/freezer are not covered with appliance insurance.

Our experienced engineers will attempt to fix your fridge in the result of a mechanical or electrical breakdown and accidental damage. However, if they deem your fridge beyond repair you will be provided with a like-for-like replacement fridge.
